Ryan International School , Mumbai About Us

At Ryan International School Kharghar, we ask our young people what they believe in so they can know themselves in the world. As one of the top 10 ICSE schools in Navi Mumbai, we give our students the tools of rigorous and passionate intellectual inquiry and self-expression so they can grow. In our commitment to diversity, we show our students how to be colleagues and friends so they can act out of respect and love. We lead them to distinguish right from wrong and then do what is right, so they can be persuasive and courageous citizens. Established in 1999, Ryan International School Kharghar is one of the top ICSE schools in Navi Mumbai where we believe not only in developing the academic potential of kids, but in full fledged development. Our experienced tutors and student-centric infrastructure focus on giving our students a 360-degree experience of life. Our mission is to prepare every student for the future by providing them with every life experience they can take away with them at the end of each academic year, as well as teaching them new skills on a daily basis. Ryan International School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). It admitted its first batch of 89 students, mentored by eight teachers, on June 13, 1999. Today, the school enrols 3,502 students, instructed by 125 faculty members. The school offers education from kindergarten to class XII. Ryan International School is the first ICSE/ISC school in Navi Mumbai. Our principal, Mrs. Alice Vaz, has instilled her years of experience and beliefs in our students and educators. "Great leaders don’t set out to be leaders. They set out to make a difference. It is never about the role—always about the goal. " Beyond the classroom, we teach our students to be responsible and caring, both inside the school and as citizens of the city, nation, and world. The religious and philosophical diversity of all our students encourages them to reflect on questions that have long been of central importance to human life: Who am I? What is the nature of the universe? How should humans strive together to lead a good life? How do the religious and philosophical traditions of the world ask and suggest answers to these questions? By graduation, the student has an understanding of their unique worth and a perception of their strengths and limitations. Desiring to expand their self-knowledge, they approach the future hopefully and humbly and are eager to explore the promise it holds for sustained growth. Our infrastructure gives students the opportunity to grow their interests and allows them to discover new aspects and hobbies every day. Ryan International School, Kharghar is sited on a 3-acre campus. The school offers 95 spacious classrooms, a 500-seat auditorium, a well-equipped computer lab, science laboratories, and toy and music rooms for pre-primary students. The library is well stocked with over 12,000 books. Sports facilities include a  football field; basketball; handball; volleyball court; volleyball; cricket; and a swimming pool. Over the years, our motto has been to ensure all our students are encouraged to reflect, to teach them to differentiate between right and wrong, and most importantly, to teach them to learn and grow as individuals while in harmony with the people around them and to be able to live as a pensive individual.
