This institution presents itself as a professional educational establishment, but my experience suggests otherwise. It appears to be an organisation with an unnecessarily bloated workforce while lacking the professionalism, competence, and accountability expected from a reputed institution. The recruitment and promotion process raises serious concerns. Merit, qualifications, experience, and performance seem to take a back seat, whereas personal relationships, favoritism, and internal connections appear to receive greater importance. Such practices not only demoralize deserving individuals but also compromise the overall quality and integrity of the institution. The management has demonstrated a consistent inability to retain competent employees as well as the confidence of many good parents. High staff turnover and dissatisfaction among stakeholders are clear indicators of deeper administrative and leadership failures. Instead of addressing genuine concerns and implementing meaningful improvements, the management appears to ignore systemic issues, resulting in a deteriorating work environment and declining public trust. The administrative staff are highly unprofessional in their approach. Visitors and walk-in enquiries are often met with discourteous, indifferent, and disrespectful behaviour. Rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere, the administration projects arrogance and inefficiency, leaving a poor first impression on prospective parents and students. Basic standards of courtesy, communication, and customer service are noticeably absent. Internal coordination appears weak, policies lack transparency, and decision-making seems inconsistent and biased. Accountability is difficult to find, while responsibility is frequently shifted instead of accepted. The institution gives the impression of prioritising internal politics over educational excellence and ethical administration. An educational institution should be built on fairness, transparency, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this organisation falls short on all these fronts. Unless there is a genuine commitment to reform the management structure, establish merit-based practices, improve administrative conduct, and restore ethical standards, it is difficult to recommend this institution to parents seeking a healthy and professional learning environment for their children.
