About Us
Kendriya Vidyalaya Lakhisarai is a registered society under the Society Registration Act 1860 as an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. The Vidyalaya was started with one section in the year 1987. It started with one section of primary. KV Lakhisarai is one of the leading schools run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan in the Patna Region, Patna. It is the Pride of the District, Lakhisarai. This Vidyalaya was inaugurated by Smt. Krishna Sahi, then HRD Minister (Govt. of India) in 1987. At present, this Vidyalaya is running on the ground floor of Shree Durga Boys High School, Lakhisarai, from Class III to X. Almost 385 students are studying under the guidance of 19 learned staff members. Priority is given to children of Defense personnel, all central government employees (transferable and non-transferable), and others' educational and overall holistic development needs.
