About Us
Jindal Vidya Mandir(JVM) is an English-medium school and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education. The school follows the prescribed CBSE syllabus. Keeping with the spirit of the board, the school has adopted three languages – English as the primary mode of communication, followed by Hindi and Kannada as the second and third languages. The school was established in 1996 under the aegis of JSW Steel Ltd. with the motto "Excel through Education". The main aim and objective of Jindal Vidya Mandir is to promote quality education for the overall growth of children. JVM is managed by the JSW Foundation, under the dynamic leadership of Mrs. Sangita Jindal, Chairperson of the JSW Foundation. An endeavour of a modest strength of 53 students, JVM is a co-educational institution with LKG to XII, and today boasts 2500 students on its roll with a strong team of 99 faculty members.
