About Us
Navodaya Vidyalaya, Panikoili, District Jajpur (Odisha), is a residential co-educational institution under the direct control of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Secondary & Higher Education, Government of India. It has been set up to establish and manage co-educational, residential schools known as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVs) covering VI to XII classes affiliated to CBSE throughout the country. Admissions in JNVs are made through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) in Class VI. The medium of instruction in JNVs is bilingual—that is, regional language and English up to Class VIII and English thereafter for all the subjects except Hindi/Odia. JNV Panikoili Jajpur is the leading institute in the district.
