The workload is manageable, and each section is supported by two teachers, which helps maintain a work life balance. The management team is supportive and proactive, consistently monitoring academic progress and overall work development. Salaries are disbursed on time, and EPF benefits are provided for employees, offering financial security during times of need. Lunch is provided on weekdays with seasonal vegetables, reflecting the school’s consideration for the well-being of both students and staff. The school organizes teacher training sessions and workshops at the beginning of the academic year to enhance our teaching skills. Additional opportunities for professional development throughout the year would be beneficial. There is also mutual support among teachers, which contributes to a positive and collaborative workplace environment. It has been a privilege to be part of this institution.
