The principalβs behavior is extremely unprofessional and dismissive towards both parents and students. Concerns are not heard with patience, and instead of support, responses often feel rude and arrogant. This sets a very poor example for the children. The principal does not create a welcoming or approachable environment. Parents who raise genuine issues about academics or student well-being are often brushed aside. The lack of empathy and transparency from the administration is very disappointing. The school leadership focuses more on maintaining an image than addressing real concerns. The principalβs behavior is authoritative rather than collaborative, and the administrative team reflects the same attitude. This culture makes the school feel hostile instead of nurturing. The administration staffβs attitude is careless and uncooperative. Even for simple queries, parents are made to wait unnecessarily, and responses are often curt. A school of this level should ensure better communication and respect in dealing with parents. Administration staff here need training in basic courtesy and professionalism. Their tone and approach come across as indifferent and sometimes even rude. It feels like parents are seen as a burden rather than partners in education.Read Less
