The Renaissance School , Rupnagar About Us

We often hear parents saying that their children can't pay attention in school, but what they don't realize is that the same kids spend hours studying the complex world of their latest video games and watching cartoon channels. When education is 'presented' in a push model to the children, it becomes most disinteresting path to learning. This method of mass production makes learning dull and de-motivates the children. In this way schools become boring places and a disservice to our society. Now, just for a moment, think what would happen if we think other way around. What if we question the traditional rules when we build schools of the future? What if our school makes children as excited about learning as they are about their videogames? What if children don't have to study to learn? What if learning is both relevant and useful? Welcome to The Renaissance School, where children run to school not because they ‘have’ to, but because they 'want' to. The RenaissanceSchool aims to be India’s leading school in the age of digital personalization, under the CBSE system. The vision of The Renaissance School extends beyond the narrow walls of classrooms and textbooks, as it aims to give the students a truly global perspective while preparing them for the careers of tomorrow. The RenaissanceSchool will empower its vision with unique educational programmes, where learning comes alive. The RenaissanceSchool aimed at making learning interesting by making it more practical oriented-with the motto “Learning Enrich Life”. In addition, the focus will be on inculcating life skills such as reading, public speaking, making presentations, personal grooming, working in teams etc. with an emphasis on the application of the knowledge to everyday situations. The RenaissanceSchoolis established and governed by Ganga Ram Memorial Education & Charitable Trust, Bhanopli, District-Ropar (Punjab).
