Silver Point School had a humble beginning on 26th July in the year 1997. It was the dream come true of Mr.Pannalal Roychowdhury and Mrs Bani Roychowdhury. This school is located at Kasba Road, Kolkata 700 042. The school has been set up by the Silver Point Educational Trust, a non profit making trust. The School got affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in the year 2003. The aim of the institution includes promotion of education, as well as providing ample opportunities for the all round development of every pupil. Various co-curricular activities and NCC have also been introduced to help them develop their innate capabilities. Facilities of free computer training, state-of-the-art library and laboratory are the other highlights of the institution. The school emblem shows glow of light that symbolizes enlightenment of mind. The school mainly aims to produce pupils who would become worthy citizens, having a sense of duty and responsibility towards the society.
