Satya Bharti School Program is the flagship initiative of Bharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises, set up with the objective of providing quality education, free of cost to underprivileged children in rural India. The Satya Bharti Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Chogawan was launched by Bharti Foundation in the year 2010, under the Public Private Partnership model with the Punjab Government’s Adarsh School Scheme. It was established with an aim to provide both academic and vocational training to students. The school is provided with proper infrastructure and amenities along with being located amongst the lush green fields in village Chogawan, about 12 kilometers from Wagha Border, Amritsar. Affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) with vide affiliation number 1670008, Satya Bharti Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Chogawan is an English medium co-educational school unparalleled in the locality. About 28 classrooms, science laboratories, library, Interactive Class Room, computer lab, football ground, athletic track, volley ball court, kabaddi ground, kho-kho arena, basketball court, parking area, separate toilets for boys and girls, junior and senior sections, etc. are the basic facilities provided to the budding citizens. A team of dedicated and experienced teachers facilitate the teaching learning process in the school daily from 8:00am till 2:00pm.
