About Us
Sri Aurobindo (August 15, 1872 - December 5, 1950) was a great patriot, scholar, mystics, philosopher and yogi. The school has been dedicated in his memory. Sri Aurobindo has propounded the concept of integral Education, Therefore, Sri Aurobindo Public School, Baddi (SAPS) is based on his philosophy of holistic education. Education is meant to bring out the best in a child, develop his potentialities to the maximum, and integrate him with himself, his surroundings, his country and humanity so that he becomes acomplete man. The more important aspects of an individual are his character, his personality and his values. Therefore, the process of education must be integral. SAPS Baddi endeavours to grooom children to blossom into handsome citizens of developing India. It aims at the all round development of the children in a systematic manner emphasizing physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual aspects of their personality. SAPS aspires to produce good citizens committed to the well-being of our great nation.
