Very disappointing experience – poor management and student treatment My experience with Nandurbar English Academy has been extremely disappointing. The overall hygiene standards are poor, and basic cleanliness does not seem to be a priority, which is unacceptable for a school environment. The management and decision-making are very weak, and the approach of the principal feels rigid and insensitive rather than student-centric. Several decisions appear to be taken without considering students’ comfort, safety, or well-being. Students are often treated harshly. Restricting access to toilets, making students stand in the sun for long periods, and enforcing rules without empathy creates unnecessary physical and mental stress. This is not how a healthy learning atmosphere should function. Additionally, there is frequent pressure to pay unnecessary charges, especially for events like the annual function, which feels unreasonable and poorly justified. Overall, the school environment feels strict in a negative way, poorly managed, and quite strange compared to what one would expect from a modern educational institution. I would not recommend this school unless major improvements are made in hygiene, management attitude, and student welfare.
