Respected Principal, I am writing to bring to your notice my concern regarding the recent instruction that students will not be allowed to appear in exams unless the school fees are cleared immediately. While we fully respect the school’s rules and are committed to paying the fees, many parents, including myself, are facing temporary financial difficulties. Directly stopping a child from writing exams is very discouraging for them. As per the Right to Education under Article 21A of the Indian Constitution and the principle of Right to Equality (Article 14), no child should be denied the opportunity to appear in exams solely due to financial delays. We request you to kindly grant there parents some time to pay the fees and allow the children to continue their studies and exams without any interruption.
