On the persistent demand of the people of Muktsar the renowned D.V.M. Managing Committee, Udekaran (Sri Muktsar Sahib), decided to start an English Medium (Day-Boarding)D.V.M. Senior Secondary Public School in Udekaran(Sri Muktsar Sahib) to be affiliated to C.B.S.E. New Delhi. The foundation of this temple of learning laid by his holiness Swami Divyanand JI Maharaj on 6th Sept. 1998 . and the school inaugurated by Swami Divyananadji Maharaj on 6th March 1999. Since its inauguration the D.V.M. Public School, Udekaran (Muktsar) is progressing day by day with the humble co-operation of people & by the grace of God. The school is an English Medium CO-educational school, combining in itself the merits of both English and the Indian system of education dedicated Indian culture. The school has arrangement for sports, music, dance and other co-curricular activities
