D.A.V. Public School, Safilguda is a premier school that pioneered the D.A.V. movement in south. Beginning in a humble rented premise with about 200 students and 15 teachers in 1983, it moved into its own 3 and a half acre premises within three years. It has now burgeoned into a colossus with over 4000 students and 150 teachers housed in 120 rooms with state-of-theart infrastructure and high-end labs. Totally ICT enabled, the administration is facilitated with a sound network of communication.The school aims to provide effective teaching and learning situations, which help students to develop critical thinking, problem solving, oral and written communication skills and ethical behavior.
