Baps Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, Secondary Girls Residential School , Gandhi Nagar About Us

In today's world, schools shoulder a crucial responsibility of enhancing familial unity, societal development, national progress, and global harmony. BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, a residential school for girls in Gandhinagar (Gujarat), is inspired by Pramukh Swami Maharaj's ideal of individual development entwined with global progress. Following the principles and values of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, this school endeavours to accomplish the overall development of girls by providing them equitable resources and equal opportunities to appropriately utilize and channelize their latent talents. Housing girls of grade 5 to 12, BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir at Randesan is a CBSE affiliated school spread across 18 acres and equipped with spacious smart-classrooms, Science & Maths Lab, indoor sports complex, sports pitches, a prodigious library and e-library, classical and modern music and creative arts facilities. The school’s grand dining halls, sprawling gardens, and beautiful buildings for lodging further provide a proper homely environment to the children. In this age of increasing globalization and continuous technological progress, the school remains constantly engaged in maintaining a delicate balance between technology-centric and faculty-centric teaching. We, at BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, aim to transform a child into an educated, wise, dutiful, and responsible ambassador of social change in a globalizing world thereby strengthening her physically, mentally and spiritually.
