B.S. Patel Primary School , Bilimora About Us

B.S Patel Primary School managed by Bilimora Vibhag Kelavni Mandal was founded in 2001 to cater to the needs of quality education in Bilimora. The school is affiliated to C.B.S.E (Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi.) B.S. Patel Primary School has been going on successfully from last two decades a journey through knowledge and enlightenment. The school lays great stress on physical health because a sound mind resides in a sound body. Swami Vivekananda often quotes the Upanishadic dictum ‘nayamatma balahinena labhyah’; i.e. the self cannot be realized by the physically weak. However, along with physical culture, he harps on the need of paying special attention to the culture of the mind. Accordingly, the mind of the students has to be controlled and trained through meditation, concentration and practice of ethical purity. All success in any line of work, he emphasizes, is the result of the power of concentration. By way of illustration, he mentions that the chemist in the laboratory concentrates all the powers of his mind and brings them into one focus-the elements to be analyzed-and finds out their secrets The Function of Education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. But education which stop with efficiency will prove to the greatest menace to society. Today’s children are the future of tomorrow. Today is a perfect opportunity to start building the tomorrow we really want. Hardship often prepare ordinary people for an extra-ordinary destiny. The present scenario of the changing curriculum tendencies are the attempts to nourish the pedagogical concept in accordance with the clarity of children’s mind. Moreover our school is running with digital world and showing no compromise in facing technology.......!!!!
