The behaviour and attitude of the Higher Authority (HoS) towards the trainee were extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Such conduct not only discourages the trainee but also sets a negative example for others. However, it is worth mentioning that the rest of the staff showed good behaviour, support, and professionalism, which created a positive environment despite the HoS’s attitude.
