We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in telecalling, pitching our lead generation and service offerings to potential clients, and converting them into loyal partners of SchoolDekho.org. Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and pitch SchoolDekho.org’s services effectively.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to convert leads into clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.

- Update and manage lead data in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve outreach.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer-facing roles (1-2 years preferred).

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English and Hindi].

- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
